After a long stretch of lessons, with all sorts of complications and delays, COVID as well as personal issues, I was finally able to take my test in March this year.
I would give it 10 stars if it was possible. I’ve had the best experience learning to drive with Ali. I truly never thought I would pass in a busy city like London.
Ali is a wonderfully professional instructor, who clearly cares deeply about his results, and genuinely wants to see his students do well. He is of course very qualified and that will be obvious spending any time with him!His knowledge of the test routes and DVLA practices is unmatched, and he makes sure to pass as much of this on as he can.
Although I, of course, don’t go into detail about the personal issues that caused delays, Ali was always very understanding and friendly and made it easy for me to learn to drive in a chaotic time.
I would like to thank Ali and Swan driving school and recommend their services wholeheartedly.

When booking your theory test, we go through the dates and times available at your local theory test centre with you. You decide which time and dates suit you best. Studying for the theory test takes around 15 hours. Check out our prices.
Sidcup, along with most other areas in southeast London, is not served by the London Underground. So it means is very important that you get your driving license. Also, it’s very important that you start to get to know driving around your area.
For example Sidcup High Street is on the A211, following in length the old London. The A211 starts just after Eltham High Street and ends at Foots Cray, where the B2173 continues along the former A20 road. The A211 connects the two main roads in this district; Station Road and Main Road. Remember, there’s always room to learn more about your area and to improve your driving.
