Our pupils must be least 17 years of age and be the possession of a valid signed UK Provisional, or full driving license photo card appropriate for the driving tuition. You must also meet the DVLA medical and eyesight requirements.

Payment
All payments must be made directly to swandrivingschool.co.uk online.
All payments must be made 5 days before start of your course.
Cancellation Notice
Once a lesson is booked with Swan Driving School and you wish to cancel a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given.
This will then give the instructor enough time to allocate the lesson some else, with less notice the full fee will be CHARGED
Prior Notice Must Be Given
If you wish to cancel a driving course, a minimum of 5 days prior notice must be given. Your instructor cannot be held responsible for test appointments cancelled by the DVLA due to bad, whether or staff shortages or other reasons.
Such cancellations are beyond the control of your driving instructor, therefore, Swan Driving School will do their best to get another test booked for you at the most convenient date and driving test centre.
We will need five days notice to cancel your driving test otherwise your test fee will forfeit. This is because we have to give DVLA [Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency] five working days notice. From time to time we may need to change driving lesson times, date or instructors due to sickness or mechanical breakdown.
You must notify your instructor of any matter which affects your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition, for example, but not limited to any lack, or loss of valid provisional
driving licence.
